The equipment utilizes drum polishing technology. During operation, nails are placed into the drum along with specific polishing media such as paraffin wax or wood shavings. Driven by an electric motor, the drum rotates continuously, causing the nails and abrasives inside to tumble and rub against each other. This process effectively removes rust stains, oil residues, and burrs from the nail surfaces, ultimately achieving a bright finish.
  We have optimized the traditional design by incorporating a vibrating screen mechanism. This automatically separates nails from polishing abrasives (like wood shavings) during discharge, eliminating the need for manual sorting and saving significant time and labor.
