The high-speed nail-making machine employs cold heading technology, continuously processing metal wire into nails through a precision-coordinated mechanical structure. Its basic workflow is as follows:
1. Straightening and Feeding: The wire first passes through straightening wheels for alignment.
2. Cold Heading Forming: The straightened wire is fed into the forming mechanism. Within a short-stroke die, stamping completes the nail's tip pressing, cutting, and cap forming (creating the nail head). This short-stroke design minimizes wear.
3. Nail Discharge & Collection: Formed nails are ejected from the machine.
The entire process is controlled by a PLC system, ensuring precise and stable operation.
